NEWSChannel 2 has developed a section of Close 2 Home dedicated to keeping you informed on all State Fair Events. This is the 161st Great New York State Fair and you can find THE COMPLETE SCHEDULE HERE.Admission to the Fair is $10 at any gate. Children 12 and under are admitted free every day of the Fair. Seniors 60 and over are admitted free on Monday and Tuesday, August 27 and 28. Students 16 and under are admitted free on Friday, August 31. Parking costs $5 each day.
